VLSI is one of the most exciting domains of applied engineering, and we have a small, young team of researchers working on different aspects of it. As a design team, the VLSI Design group has extensive expertise in the analysis, design, simulation, fabrication, integration, and testing of advanced technology integrated circuits and VLSI Design systems. A VLSI Design system may consist of a CPU, ROM, RAM, and glue logic for an electronic circuit. The purpose of this centre is to provide advanced professional training in the field of ASIC Design, FPGA, DSP, real-time embedded system design, and PCB board.  It also aims at providing industrial exposure and placement opportunities.
